Hardware & Components
Why does my monitor not receive a signal after setup?
This error can occur if the monitor is connected to the motherboard's graphics port (in the upper part), but the PC has a dedicated graphics card. Use the graphics port located furthest down. Depending on the connection type, you may need to use an adapter to operate your monitor.
Why does my PC have fewer hard drives than stated in my order?
During transport, the cable connections of the hard drive may come loose. Please check them. If all cables are correctly connected, please try the following: Control Panel -> Computer Management -> Disk Management and initialize and format the hard drive there.
Why does my system make loud noises when starting up?
Your PC may have a transport lock that must be removed before operation. To do this, open the case and remove the transport lock. This will not void your warranty. Alternatively, please check if the fans in the PC are running when starting up and if a cable is blocking a fan.
Why is the reception of my Wi-Fi connection very poor or not possible?
The Wi-Fi reception depends on the location of your PC. If there are many walls between your PC and the Wi-Fi router, the reception may be impaired. Please also check if the Wi-Fi antenna(s) is/are installed on the back of the PC; you will find it/them, if present, in your motherboard or accessory box.
Why does my PC system turn off by itself?
If you have just received your PC system, please check if there is a transport lock inside the case. To do this, open the case and remove the transport lock. This will not void your warranty. Alternatively, please check if the fans in your case are running when starting up or if a cable is blocking a fan.
What should I consider with my water cooling system?
The water cooling systems are already filled upon shipment. If you only have water cooling for your processor, you do not need to refill it.
How do I clean my PC? How do I maintain my computer?
During the operation of a PC, dust accumulates inside and outside the case over time, which can negatively affect the performance and lifespan of the PC. This is completely normal and unavoidable. Fans become significantly louder when they are dusty. In general, it is advisable to keep the PC away from dust, nicotine, moisture, and pet hair. Do not use vacuum cleaners or compressors for cleaning either the inside or the outside, as this can cause damage.

Cleaning the outside:
The computer case is best cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Microfiber cloths are best suited for this. Under no circumstances should moisture get inside the case.

Cleaning the inside:
Opening the case wall is of course allowed and does not void the warranty. For cleaning all internal parts, we recommend using only compressed air spray. Make sure to hold coolers, fans, RAM, and graphics cards with one hand to avoid damage. If stubborn dirt has accumulated somewhere, use a soft brush to loosen it. Never use moisture or cleaning agents.

Software errors, crashes of individual programs without connection to the hardware, subsequent incorrect settings in the operating system, or errors caused by viruses are not covered by our warranty. To avoid such a software error, such an error should be ruled out by us on the phone before sending it in. Of course, we will still be happy to support you in such a case and help you solve the problem yourself.
Software & Drivers
Where can I find my Windows license key?
If you have ordered an operating system, it is pre-installed. The operating system is already activated. You will find your Windows license key in the motherboard or accessory box on the assembly slip.
Why are my games slow or not starting?
It can be helpful to install the latest graphics drivers. These can usually be found on the website of the manufacturer of your graphics card (Intel, AMD, or Nvidia). You will find information about the installed graphics card on your invoice.
Where can I find my Windows data carrier?
When you purchase a system including the operating system, we install the operating system - including the latest drivers and updates. You may still need to perform minor Windows updates. A data carrier is no longer included with orders, as many systems no longer have a drive and the licenses are digitally linked to the hardware of the system.
How can I reinstall Windows?
For the reinstallation, Microsoft provides a program (Media Creation Tool). This is available for download on the official Microsoft website. You will need an empty USB stick with at least 8 GB of storage space for this. Connect the USB stick to the PC and follow the instructions in the Media Creation Tool, selecting this USB stick as the storage medium.
